Run with a coach in your ear
GPS tracking with live pace, structured intervals and audio cues that tell you exactly when to push and when to cruise. Raining? Treadmill mode logs it just the same.
RUNNING · LIFTING · RECOVERY · COMMUNITY
Every morning Orizo checks your sleep, HRV and training load — then rebuilds your day around one number: how ready you actually are. No more guessing whether to push or rest.

THE ORIZO DIFFERENCE
This is the actual logic Orizo runs every morning. Feed it a night of sleep and a heart-rate trend — watch your day get re-planned in real time.
Your hard session stays where it belongs.
ONE APP, YOUR WHOLE DAY
GPS tracking with live pace, structured intervals and audio cues that tell you exactly when to push and when to cruise. Raining? Treadmill mode logs it just the same.
Log lunch by search or barcode. The calorie coach compares what you actually eat with your real weight trend and retunes targets weekly — and if you'd rather never see a calorie, say no once and it all disappears.
Progressive plans, auto rest timers and estimated 1RMs. Orizo balances your lifting load against your running so neither one wrecks the other.
Weekly leagues with promotion and demotion — earn XP for every session, every streak, every PR. Sunday night, the ceremony decides who moves up.
Follow friends by @username, drop kudos on their run cards — route map, splits and all — comment, or post words and photos with no run attached. Built-in messages do replies, reactions and live typing. No ads, no algorithm, and nothing posts without your say-so.
TRAINING PLANS
Pick a goal, answer a 60-second wizard, compare 2–3 plan options with volume charts — then let the plan do the adapting.
A 9-week walk-run progression to continuous running. No paces, no pressure — just show up.
Pick a real race from the calendar. The plan peaks you for race day — and builds your recovery week after it.
No race, no end date — rebuilt every week from what you actually ran and how it felt.
WHY ORIZO
Connect your watch and the first sync backfills up to a year of runs — records, history and fitness estimates start from the runner you already are.
Weekly leagues from Dawn to Horizon. XP rewards effort, never speed — capped daily, so consistency beats hero days and rest never sets you back.
No run ever auto-posts — sharing is a choice, every time. And calorie tracking is fully optional: say no once and it vanishes from the whole app.
Link a real coach by @username or QR — plans, live sessions, progress. The adaptive engine handles everything in between.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Especially for you. The "New to running" plan is a 9-week walk-run progression to 30 minutes of continuous running — no paces, no pressure, just show up. When you graduate, the app celebrates and hands you a fitness plan.
No. Phone GPS tracks runs with live pace, splits and voice cues, and you can log anything manually. A watch adds HRV and sleep for the full readiness score — without one, readiness still works from sleep and training load.
Almost all of them — Orizo reads your phone's health store (Health Connect on Android, Apple Health on iOS), so Apple Watch, Garmin, Samsung, Xiaomi, Fitbit, Coros and Polar all flow in. Huawei needs a small bridge app; there's a guide in the app.
It's rebuilt from your log at every weekly check-in — including how runs felt. Volume grows only inside the injury-safe acute:chronic load zone, bad readiness days hold intensity back (you can turn that off), and pace targets update when your real paces drift from plan.
Never. Everything is private by default; after a run the app asks if you want to share, and you can hide the map or splits per post. Skipping never deletes anything.
Yes — you're asked once at signup, and "no" removes every calorie number from the whole app. You can change your mind either way in Settings.
No. Every session has a treadmill start: targets switch from pace to belt speed (km/h), you mirror the belt with a stepper, and console distance can override the estimate. Treadmill runs count fully toward plan, load, readiness and XP — and if your watch recorded it too, the two merge.
Every activity earns XP from duration and effort — never speed or distance, so walkers and runners compete fairly. Each week you're grouped with ~30 similarly active athletes in a league (Dawn → Ridge → Summit → Zenith → Horizon); top finishers get promoted Sunday night. XP is capped per day, streaks survive any active day, and a missed day can be repaired with a freeze.
Yes — a small, honest one. The feed is run cards (route map, splits, shoes, caption) and text posts with photos from people you follow by @username; kudos is a lightning bolt, comments work like you'd expect. Direct messages handle photos, PDFs, emoji reactions, quoted replies and live typing. Level-ups can auto-post as achievement cards for friends to celebrate — one toggle turns that off.
A lifting player with exercise videos, auto rest timers and estimated 1RMs · nutrition with barcode scanning and a weekly-adapting calorie coach · a smoothed trend weight that ignores water noise · runner's weather on your dashboard · walking as a first-class activity · and a feed where PRs get confetti.
There can be. Link with a human coach by @username or QR code — they can assign plans, schedule sessions, log your lifts live and follow your progress. The adaptive engine handles everything else.
Get Orizo → answer a 60-second wizard → connect your watch (or don't) → train. It adapts.
