Delete in the app

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm. There is no grace period and no restore button.

What is deleted

Your profile and identifying account data, health and wellness records, runs, routes, workouts, nutrition logs, coaching links, posts, comments, likes, notifications, device registrations and private local account data are erased.

What other people keep

End-to-end encrypted messages already delivered to another person remain in that person's conversation history. They are shown as sent by Deleted account; your username, email, profile and avatar are removed. Community food catalogue entries may remain without personal attribution.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@orizo.app from the address on the account. We will verify ownership before deletion and respond within 30 days. Never send your password by email.
